Participants will delve into the fundamentals of music and its role in yoga philosophy, while exploring the therapeutic benefits of both music therapy and yoga therapy. The module addresses the ongoing debate of whether to incorporate music during yoga classes, offering practical guidance on selecting appropriate music, creating effective playlists, and matching specific tracks to different asanas.
