200, 100 or 50 hours?

Multi-Style Dynamic Vinyasa & Intense Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Transformation at your pace.

We offer a few ways to embrace and expand your love for yoga.

For aspiring teachers 200 hours are the needed minimum. We recommend to take this course at once.

However, we understand that work, existing plans or simply money and time can be serious obstacles.

For those interested in simply expanding their knowledge and love for yoga the 50- and 100-hour formats are perfect.

But you don’t need to know this now, or even decide tomorrow.

If you choose to start with 50 or 100 hours, you have exactly one year time to ‘collect’ the remaining hours to become a certified yoga teacher.
