From practising only pranayama, it is possible to achieve long life and good health.

One of the core pranayama in our practice is the ujjayi breath. It produces the so-called ocean sound when you contract your vocal chords. It helps to heat your body from inside and to calm the mind. 

Pranayam is a series of breathing techniques which helps us be more conscious about our own breath.

Prana means vital energy of the life force. It is the force which exists in all things, whether animate or inanimate. Yama menas control and is used to denote various rules or codes of conduct. Therefore pranayama means controlling the vital force through breathing.


Pranayma has a strong impact on our nervous system and emotions and releases the body from the oxygen.


During our classes we introduce different pranayama and shatkarma excercises to get you high not only from also from deep breathing.
