Through HIGH ON YOGA we want to bring well-being to your life. With the yoga practice we offer and with every class we teach we present a holistic approach to it. Asana, pranayama, chanting, massageing, releasing, meditation... it's all to make you vibrate and radiate. From inside and out.

But only what is on the mat matters. 


It is also what we eat. They say you are what you eat and we can't disagree. We understand that not everyone can be vegetarian or vegan, however the matter of ahimsa *non-hurting) is a very important part of yoga practicing. 


And  ahimsa applies also to ourselves. Hence we want to encourage you to take a closer look at what you eat; what is the quality of the food, if it is processed, if it contains animal products, if you can find a substitute for it. Starting to think which kind of food make me feel good is the key to a healthy eating.
