Massage and relaxation always take an important part in our classes.
Between the sequences in our flow you can expect several yoga massages to relaese tension in your body. During the relaxation you can slow down your breath, check-in with yourself to see how practice affects the frame of mind.
At the end of the class while you are in savasana we include a short Thai Yoga dose or oil neck massage for all the students to let the endorphins and oxytocins flow even more within your body.
