Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement.


As the founder of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, K. Patthabhi Jois, said - vinyasa means breathing system. It is also a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling.

Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and being almost dance-like which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

In HIGH ON YOGA we are focusing on a  dynamic and sweat-producing  vinyasa flow to energize the body and mind and to lift it to another level of self-understanding and well-being.

Each our vinyasa class is composed from different sequences to give you the opportunity to deepen your practice and the understanding of your own body.
