High On Yoga
Intensive Vinyasa
Teacher Training
in English
Full module: 300 hours
Start:
24-25 October 2020
entire course in English
This High On Yoga intensive program is designed for aspiring yoga teachers as well as yogis eager to take their practice to a new level. Our goal is to broaden your understanding of yoga and give you the skills to teach.
OUR GOAL
The main purpose of this training is to build a strong foundation for your practice as teacher or advanced yogi/yogini.
The program includes detailed asana study with focus on hands-on assists, pranayama, meditation, applied anatomy, theory of yoga, structuring a class, teaching skills and more.
OUR FOCUS
Yoga is an exciting adventure as well as a serious matter. After years of attending and watching different courses, we realised that very often the alumni are lacking self-confidence and feel unprepared for today's yoga industry.
Personal transformation has to go with hard skills. With our teacher training we want to offer you personal approach and guide you through all the difficult moments and important steps.
STRUCTURE
The training is divided into 11 intensive weekends (Saturday & Sunday, sometimes just one day) with additional morning modules.
The course is in English and consists of 2 parts:
100h course and 300h completion course (click HERE to learn more about the difference).
Our studio offers a big spacious training room and our maximum limit for the final 300 hrs is only 12 people. All this to offer you a high-quality program and a personalised approach.
Depending on the current situation, part of the classes will be held online to ensure a safe education process.
TEACHERS
The training will be led by the High On Yoga director,
Mateusz Iwulski.
Mateusz is trained in both vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, with more than 10 years of experience in teaching movement, bodywork and yoga.
Miriam Iannone, a senior Vinyasa and Jivamukti yoga teacher with 12 years of teaching experience will teach asana and alignment amongst other topics.
Our anatomy and alignment teacher will be Songül Cetinkaya, anatomy instructor, pilates teacher and dancer.
